Viticulture and Wine Studies
À¦°óSM Continuing Studies Viticulture and Wine Studies programming was developed in conjunction with wine industry experts and is specifically designed to serve the needs of the wine industry. Instructors are experienced and respected practitioners, and students learn in the heart of B.C. wine country with opportunities to gain hands-on skills at local vineyards and award-winning wineries throughout the region.
Tourism and Hospitality
The Tourism and Hospitality Management specialty program has some of the best professors anywhere. They know the business world inside out and bring their real-world experience into the classroom. Learners acquire a solid grounding in all areas of business, along with knowledge and skills specific to the tourism sector.
